What Makes Him a Shonen Rival?[]
- Heroic/Anti-Heroic: Warren played a major role in saving the world from Royal Pain.
- Honorable: While he can be a hothead at times, he respects Will Stronghold and is protective of his friends.
- Intelligent: Warren is highly observant in that he sees that Layla has feelings for Will and even calls Will out for being oblivious.
- Naturally Talented: Unlike Will, who had to train hard before unlocking his powers during the film, Warren is a talented fighter and fire wielder.
- Jerkish: Warren can be insensitive at times.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: Though he eventually abandoned this goal, Warren wanted to avenge his father Battle Baron, who is imprisoned for his crimes, by destroying Will and his father Commander.
- Cynical: Due to being feared by his peers for his reputation as a son of a villain, Warren is a distrustful loner for most of the film.
- Short-Tempered: Befitting of his ability to control fire, Warren has anger issues, especially when someone insults his mother.
- Unnatural Hair Color: While his hair is mostly natural brown, he has red-dyed streaks.
- Redemption Arc: Warren started out as an antagonist towards Will before helping him saving the world.
