Who is he?[]
Kokichi Oma is the rival/secondary antagonist of Danganronpa V3. He is the Ultimate Supreme Leader and the leader of DICE.

What makes him a shonen rival?[]
Heroic: He created an unsolvable case to fool the mastermind which did in fact cost his life.
Tragic: According to his backstory, it’s implied that he has no family.
Intelligent: He is highly intelligent and a competent manipulator
Naturally talented: As the ultimate supreme leader, he has skills in lying, lock picking, thievery, etc
Arrogant/jerkish: He praises himself and mocks others, especially Maki, K1-B0 and Miu.
Delinquent: He is the leader of DICE, a group of pranksters committing laughable crimes. Therefore he is considered a criminal.
Redemption arc: He redeemed in the end of chapter 5
