Radite's catchphrase
Radite Casanova is the deuteragonist of Maxeeno Manervolkan. He is Maxeeno's best friend and rival.
What Makes Him a Shonen Rival?[]
- Anti-Heroic: Radite has performed several acts of good, but he is more concerned with seeking pleasure rather than honor, as he has no issue with fighting dirty with his opponents.
- Honorable: Though he is reluctant in being open about it, Radite cares for the well-being of his friends.
- Tragic Past: Radite's father abandoned his mother before he was even born. His mother is terribly negligent with him and consistently dates toxic men who are abusive towards them. This troubled upbringing and lack of a positive father figure prompts Radite to essentially raise himself and look out for his mother.
- Unfortunately, the stress of his mother's negligence, immaturity and laziness left Radite with a lot of anger and frustration. His mother eventually abandons her son for a fling, which results in him becoming a bitter delinquent who is distrustful of those who don't deserve respect from him.
- Intelligent: Radite is more intelligent, serious-minded and strategic than the scatterbrained, goofy and impulsive Maxeeno, as he is the one who comes with battle plans and schemes.
- Naturally Talented: Unlike Maxeeno, who is a street-fighter who has to train hard and persevere, Radite is a talented martial artist, as he is able to keep up with Principal Strickweb's fighting style despite being 12 years old.
- Arrogant/Jerkish: Radite can be boastful at times and is considerably ruder to others.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: Radite wants to be a Wildman to find a way to make his mark in the world without conforming to the ways of society.
- Cynical: Radite tends to be distrustful of others and their intentions.
- Pessimistic: Radite occasionally view things in a negative light.
- Short-Tempered: Radite is prone to angry outbursts and is quick to get violent.
- Spiky Hair: Radite has a spiky and slightly curly mohawk.
- Unnatural Hair Color: While the sides of his hair are naturally black, his mohawk is dyed blonde.
- Is a Blood Knight: Like Maxeeno, Radite seeks enjoyment in the heat of battle.
- Wears Blue and Red: Radite wears a blue jacket and a red pair of jeans.
- Is a Delinquent: Radite occasionally skips school to get into brawls and joyrides as well as smoking weed.
- Is a Token Evil Teammate: While each member of Team Manervolkan is a troublemaker in various ways, Radite stands out as the most amoral, jerkish and sadistic.
- Calls Out Attacks: Radite calls out many attacks, most notably:
- GALAXY GLOCK!!!!
- Has Respect for a Shonen Hero: Given that they have known each other since Kindergarten, Radite considers Maxeeno his best friend.
- Is an Edgelord: Much like Maxeeno, Radite is rebellious, uses urban slang, likes to get into street fights, listen to gangsta rap, watch gangsta/hood movies and skip school to go on adventures. However, unlike the light-hearted and fun-loving Maxeeno, Radite is cynical, aggressive, slightly sexist and has a fascination with guns and gangs.
- Is a Tsundere: Radite often comes off as egotistical and brash, but is actually caring, supportive and empathetic when the time is right.
