Shonen Rivals who engage in habits and/or have the skills for trickery and deception. These types of rivals often enjoy being a nuisance when it comes to making ruses intended to outwit, humiliate, mildly inconvenience or even play tricks on others in general, and they may resort to using deceptive tactics to one-up or surprise their enemies as well (including their adversaries or villainous counterparts).

They can qualify as Mischievous if they pull pranks.

NOTE: Not to be confused with liars who trick others; this page is just for rivals who fit the Trickster archetype.
